"Through discovery . . . growth and change occur." Working towards healthier and happier relationships is something that most of use strive for. Whether we are looking at individual issues, or dealing with couples and family problems, past and present relationships make up a huge part of our lives. Helping individuals become healthier and find more fulfilling and loving relationships is why I became a marriage and family therapist.

My goal in therapy is to assist you with obtaining your goals. I am very flexible and creative in session, such as using various theories and therapeutic techniques, when it comes to helping you achieve your unique goals. My approach is based on your individual needs and presenting issues.

I work with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in working with women's issues and with children and adolescents. My training and personal experiences has helped me in working with a wide range of clients and their presenting concerns.
