Practice Description

My practice involves working with Couples and Individuals on relational and personal growth issues. I have extensive experience helping victims of domestic violence, abuse and trauma and working with men's issues. I use Sand tray, Creative Arts Therapy, Psycho-Education and Psycho-Dynamic Object Relations Therapy. I am also a certified psychoanalyst. I have a strong belief in each person's power to make positive changes in their life and I see my role as a facilitator, coach and support in my client's personal journey. I am also trained in EMDR, a technique for dealing with trauma and the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
