Practice Description

In my practice I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families who present with a variety of issues: childhood physical or sexual abuse; relational conflict; anxiety; parenting issues; and children who pesent with behavioral and emotional disturbances. My theoretical orientation to therapy is Gestalt with deep emotional processing for trauma and cognitive restructuring to debrief. With couples and families, I employ a communications approach and with children, Gestalt play therapy.
