I believe that we start relationships with the best intentions. But we can find ourselves overwhelmed and discouraged by the conflicts we face along the way.

The journey to starting a family can lead to unexpected challenges. When women and their partners can’t conceive, they feel lost, ashamed, and unable to find the help they need. Fertility problems can make you feel as if there’s something wrong with you. Guilt, shame, and isolation can cause deep and lasting emotional trauma that impacts your wellbeing.

I help my clients navigate uncertainty in their relationships, overcome the emotional challenges that come with fertility problems and the loss of a pregnancy, and strengthen their relationships.

By combining my licensed clinical background and personal experience into a holistic and therapeutic approach, I support women and couples on their path to parenthood.

I provide therapy for clients to process their traumatic reactions to their fertility journeys.

My coaching services provide personalized support to individuals and couples as contemplate or navigate fertility treatments.
