A special interest of mine is providing therapeutic services to therapists in the professional realm as well as highly visible, professionals and influential community, state and national leaders. I view this as a systemic investment. By promoting the "relational, whole person development" of professionals and leaders, we increase their personal and professional satisfaction in their home relationships, while raising the quality and effectiveness of their service to the general public.

VISION:Facilitate relationally adept, personally satisfied and socially productive supervisees, clients, couples, families, consultants, groups, professionals, leaders and communities.

THERAPEUTIC AND SUPERVISORY STYLE: Our "whole-person development",supervisory, client, consultation and group therapeutic relationship, will weave a systems perspective with an integrative, theoretical approach. Rogers'(person-centered) theory creates a safe, caring, "growing place" for exploring our emotions, brain, body, culture and/or faith-based beliefs, thoughts and behaviors. We blend together Bowlby(how we bond, attach, launch)and Bowen (how we differentiate,) along with Erickson (how we grow as "becomers" and relate with each other and God (Higher power). "Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy" (Dan Hughes, Ph.D. (PACE) warms us up for active social learning. J.L. Moreno, M.D., fosters spontaneity and courage to try on new roles. We practice innovative ways of thinking and relating to ourselves and others with encouragement and timely humor (Adlerian theory).
Frankel (existential theory) lends meaning to our life's journey. This promotes a "we-ness"(Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) that facilitates a professional, relational "one-ness" (PREP) while working toward therapeutic as well as supervisory, or consultation goals.
