Practice Description

At Positive Power Psychology, I specialize in couple and individual counseling. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and positive psychology approaches. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families, with a variety of different issues. My areas of specialty besides marriage and family work, are dealing with all women's issues, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, divorce, anger management, domestic violence and infidelity, as well as victims of sexual assault.
