Practice Description

A sense of belonging, trust, fairness, safety, understanding and receiving credit... These are just a few of the words my clients express as needs when they enter therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify and give themselves credit for their strengths. These strengths are used to find solutions to their issues and areas of need. Children, teens and their families will be provided with help to identify new choices to decrease feeling overwhelmed. My services include therapy with adults, adolescents, children, and their families. My areas of specialty are trauma informed therapy, grief and loss, medical family therapy and specialized in working with families of youth with autism spectrum disorders. Clients explore new insights to enhance fair and positive relationships. I am committed to helping clients overcome their difficulties through enhanced self-awareness, guidance, humor and mutual respect.
