Practice Description
I provide therapy and life coaching services to couples, families, and individuals of all ages. A mindfulness approach allows me to help you improve your relationships and build on your strengths/competencies, with the intent of achieving the results you want. I have had extensive experience working with people who have received and/or given abuse. Also, I have worked with many couples/families who have experienced trouble with intimacy, communication, parenting, re-marriage, etc. I often consult with psychiatrists and other health-care professionals to help clients become less reliant on medical treatments, more able to experience healing, and more successful at creating desired outcomes, such as weight loss. As a holistic practitioner, I recognize the mind/body/spirit connection and, with your engagement, will form a professional relationship that may allow you to achieve your goals.
