Practice Description

In my practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a broad range of difficulties. I specialize in working with couples with marital distress and with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety. I also work with families experiencing difficulties with their children and adolescents.

I am an professor of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy at Chapman University. My work as a professor helps meet keep current on the most effective models of therapy and treatment. I use a brief treatment model that combines acceptance techniques with behavior change strateiges.
