I am a spiritually attachment oriented individual, couples and family therapist with training and experience in Gestalt, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals and couples as well as Family Systems. This blend enables my focus on the 'in-depth' aspects of the individual and their relationships. It is through understanding the conscious and unconscious motivations of behavior, that individuals and relationships are able to change and grow. While working with an individual, I am also thinking of how their past and current relationship attachments effect who they are. Also while working with couples and families, I am always interested in each person as an individual, and what they bring to the relationship. It is through this 'dual focus' that I am able to provide ethical and competent treatment for a variety of issues (depression, anxiety, trauma-abuse, grief, parenting problems, relationship conflict, estrangement from family, history of failed relationships, and difficulties in blended families). My goal is to assist you in reaching the best and most fulfilling version of your life you can achieve.
