Practice Description

I provide therapy with heart and compassion to people struggling with a multitude of stressors. I have been practicing since 1997 and I am very passionate and honored to work with you. I work with individuals and couples specifically around areas of grief and loss, reproductive care/infertility, and couples therapy from an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy approach. I believe that people are very resilient and strong and sometimes just need some additional assistance when going through a difficult time.

I'm the Owner and Clinical Director of Therapy With Heart, PLLC which includes LMFT's, LAMFT's, and a Family Bereavement Specialist. Our therapists are available at various hours during the week including weekends. The mission of Therapy With Heart is to create a safe space for growth.
