Practice Description
The areas of emphasis in my practice include marriage, family, individual, group therapy and workshops as well as business and executive coaching. Regarding therapy services, I integrate family systems, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies including attachment focused EMDR, in addressing adult/child issues, compulsivity issues, including sexual compulsivity, depression and stress management dynamics. With couples, I specialize in empowerment through conflict resolution and collaboration skills, and do extensive work with couples working through affairs and/or addressing problematic sexual behavior/addiction dynamics. Regarding coaching, I work with business owners, managers, and executives that are attempting to enhance personal or corporate performance, including leadership skill development and life balance. This focus also includes the development and implementation of a customized strategic plan.
