Dr. Gambescia has coauthored 8 books: Erectile Dysfunction, Hypoactive Sexual Desire, Treating Infidelity, and Systemic Sex Therapy 1st, 2nd, and 3rd editions, A Clinician's Guide to Systemic Sex Therapy, 2nd and 3rd editions and several journal articles and chapters in textbooks which focus on relationship and sexual issues.
She completed her clinical training at the Council for Relationships (formerly Marriage Council of Philadelphia) and her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania.
