Practice Description
I have over 32 years of experience helping people make positive changes in their relationships with their spouses, children, parents, siblings, friends, and especially with themselves. I use a holistic approach to help adults, adolescents, and children heal their emotional wounds and progress through "stuck places." Growth is facilitated in all systems of the integrated self including the emotional, biological, psychological, spiritual, family, and social.
My experience as a nurse and family therapist encompasses a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, women's health (pregnancy, menopause), chronic illness, eating disorders, and addictions. In addition to my work with children and adolescents, I have provided ongoing consultation to various schools (elementary and high school),residential treatment centers, and adolescent programs.
