Practice Description
I work with clients in a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving. I have expertise in working with couples and families--including families with young children. My work with families includes premarital counseling, marital therapy, consulting as a divorce coach (helping divorcing couples support their children and one another in a healthful manner), and working with multi-generational families. I also see individuals of all ages for individual psychotherapy and/or art therapy. I facilitate workshops on creativity and spirituality. I have special interest and training in the following areas: depression & anxiety, divorce, life transitions, retirement preparation, self-esteem & self-efficacy, and emotionally safe communication at home and in the work place. I have over 40 years experience in assisting people in finding creative solutions to difficulties in life. I always keep in mind that a crisis is a prime opportunity for change. I hope to facilitate change in a positive direction.
