I'm passionate about reassuring couples that they're a lot healthier than they think. That's why those living with substance, physical, or verbal abuse are better helped elsewhere. I've spent over 14 years polishing an approach that lets partners "be heard", using skills training, homework, and innovative techniques aimed at measuring and charting weekly progress.
