Are you the man or woman who helps everyone else, but who helps you? Are you successful at work, in your career – mostly? But.... too many little conflicts get in the way? If your anger and stress are causing conflict at work, at home or with friends, if you’re feeling stuck, if others have been suggesting that you "talk to someone," this might be a good time to reach out for help.

For 30+ years, I've been helping professional men and women communicate without conflict - professionally and personally. Working together, we can identify and resolve those old/unfinished issues that keep you stuck in your anger and stress.

My primary areas of focus are men’s issues (and the women who’d like to better understand the men in their lives!), anger management, effective communication and relapse reduction.

Have you been wanting to talk to a therapist, but you’re not sure how to start? I know reaching out to someone you don’t yet know can be difficult and might feel a bit risky. Perhaps it might help to know what happens during that first call (just for information). We just chat! You give me a very brief idea of why you’re calling and I’ll let you know if this is an issue I might be able to help with. Then you ask any questions you have for me and you decide if you’d like to make an appointment. And that’s it!
