I specialize in relationship and family issues, adult ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and medical illnesses, stress, military lifestyle, PTSD, and teaching assertiveness and communication skills. The methods I use may include Cognitive Therapy, interpersonal therapy, Gottman Method, relaxation skills, and referral for a medication consultation when needed.
