Practice Description
My office occupies the entire ground floor of my residence one block from Athens Regional Hospital in the Normaltown area of Athens, GA. My wife Terri and I say that we built an office and put a free home on top of it. I have been in the field of mental health since Spring, 1985. I currently specialize in working with individuals and couples trying to manage the stresses and strains of life in these complex times. I have done a great deal of work with adolescents and their families over the years. I have 30+ years helping people with substance abuse problems. I take a "Solution Oriented" and "Systemic" approach to therapy.
On a personal note, I have been happily married for 20+ years to my lovely wife Terri. My passions include chess, martial arts, projects that require power tools, and (Mazda) sports cars.
