I specialize in family and marital therapy. There is nothing more difficult and rewarding than being married and raising children. For more than 20 years I have been helping parents find that fragile balance between love and limits and couples reach mutually satisfying resolutions. I also train professionals to provide family therapy that promotes change and healing. I work from a practical standpoint and can help you with strategies that are designed to bring you and your family closer together. I have helped thousands of families manage the difficult teenage years and the challenges of childhood. My approach to therapy gets children and teens involved to work together with parents to set limits, decrease conflict, increase nurturance, and eliminate many severe behavior problems and help couples negotiate differences, increase intimacy and improve communication.
