Quick response to crisis. I combine my training from UCLA clinical psychology with 38 years of successfully treating individuals, couples and families from varied backgrounds/cultures. I use cognitive, behavioral, voice dialogue, breathing exercises, yoga, focussed intuition to assist you with relational issues, life disruptions, trauma, panic, abuse, depression, anxiety, fear, anger, isolation, confusion, etc. You can learn to understand the source, meaning/purpose of your symptoms and relationship imbalances and new effective ways of thinking, tools to resolve your crises and to create inner balance/control, spiritual alignment, happiness and purpose in your life in a safe, supportive environment.
