Practice Description
I work with couples who have managed to take care of so much in their lives, but have forgotten how to care for each other. Perhaps to others they seem to "have it all," yet they feel disconnected from their spouse and lonely in their marriage. Sometimes they say they used to get along well, but that somewhere along the way they stopped talking or at least stopped listening to each other.
I also work with individuals who are struggling with many different clinical issues, like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, work and relationship problems. The goal is to move toward health and healing in an accepting, safe environment.
