I have over 30 years of experience helping couples resolve conflict, helping men who have experienced childhood trauma, helping gay men and lesbians be more self self-accepting and proud of themselves, and helping people with ACOA issues. I completed Level One training in Internal Family Systems therapy 2012, have studied body-oriented and expressive therapies at Shalom Mountain Retreat Center from 2009-2012, and am a graduate of their leadership training program (www.shalommountain.com). I am committed to co-creating a safe environment with you, where ALL of who you are can show up and be seen without judgment. Clients who have worked with me have learned to identify the source of their emotional problems (i.e. anxiety, depression) process and work through them, becoming able to live life with more passion, energy and joy.I am a skilled and seasoned psychotherapist, and I can help you live a more peaceful, satisfying and emotionally fulfilled life, improve your communication skills and learn to have healthier, loving relationships.
