I have 32 years of professional experience working with couples, families and individuals utilizing a strength-based, family systems perspective. I have worked in a variety of settings such as mental health agencies, military bases, hospital settings, public schools, university clinics and private practice. I have been teaching numerous graduate counseling courses in a COAMFTE accredited marriage and family therapy masters-level training program since 2000. I am currently an Assistant Professor with Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN. As an AAMFT approved supervisor since 1999, I supervise both practicum students and graduate residents that have completed graduate degrees and are working toward state licensure. In addition to teaching and supervision, I specialize in helping graduate level professionals maximize their career opportunities by pursing their passion in alignment with their life purpose.
