Practice Description
My practice is split roughly in to thirds between families and children, couples, and individuals. I treat depression, anxiety, couple's concerns including intimacy issues, and developmental and social issues for children and teens. I work to develop skills and maximize effectiveness in daily living. I am an active, rather than passive, therapist. Your session will feel much different than a conversation over coffee with a good friend. You will leave with new ideas and tools.
