My practice consists of couples and individual adults seeking support in confronting life's stresses and growth through the inevitable crises that occur over a lifetime. My expertise includes depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship communication, and conflict resolution with specific expertise in divorce, remarriage and step-families. My emphasis is on the power we have as individuals to attain positive feelings and well-being in spite of the attitudes and behaviors of those around us.
I also consult with adults on parenting, adoptive and foster care issues.
