Practice Description

I've been enjoying providing mental health services to both children and adults for the past twenty years. It is my belief that everyone experiences occasional challenges in their lives and at times may benefit from a therapeutic partnership. I see therapy as an opportunity for individuals and families to receive support and guidance as they find their own unique path back into health and happiness.
In addition to treating symptoms of anxiety and depression in both children and adults my particular areas of interest and expertise include parenting, divorce and remarriage, and trauma. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Debriefing (EMDR), a recognized method of trauma treatment.
