I enjoy helping individuals and couples achieve the goals that they desire. I work with clients as partners in developing solutions and exploring their potential for growth and wellbeing. In addition, I emphasize teaching skills that develop inner resources for successful coping in life and strengthen what is learned in counseling. I have been in the health field for over 27 years and I bring a wide range of experience in dealing with many concerns. My approach is holistic, caring, and practical. I use a variety of methods, but the method used has to fit your needs. I have taught and developed courses in self-development and relationship enhancement. I have also led numerous P.A.I.R.S. classes and conducted and published research in intimacy, psychoeducation, etc.
