Practice Description

Balance Wellness Practice is a culturally and trauma-informed psychotherapy private practice that provides services in Spanish or English to residents in Virginia and Illinois. Services may be provided in-person (Northern Virginia only) and/or via remote telehealth encrypted platforms. Clinicians use evidence-based theories and interventions, such as ACT, CBT, DBT and EFT, to educate on how to improve overall functioning and better manage distress in life.
