Practice Description
As individuals, couples, and families enter the therapeutic relationship, great attention and effort is made to create a safe and protective environment in which the client(s) can begin to address the painful, stressful and challenging personal and professional issues that are hindering their ability to move forward in their lives. Therapist and client work together, within the confines of confidentiality, to discover the ways in which generational themes, legacies, and programming are contributing to the current inner blocks and prohibiting the sense of well-being and liberation. Issues of fear, unfinished business, secrets, grief, emotional, psychological, and physical abuse, as well as depression, anxiety and addiction, are addressed in full. The therapist and client design a map of what will be required in making long-term changes and transformations. The risks and challenges inherent in claiming a productive life are met head-on as each client unveils and discovers what is needed and deeply desired in order to honor and claim the personal journey.
