Practice Description

I use collaborative therapy and other evidence-based modalities to help my clients heal, grow, change and improve. Specialties include addiction, trauma, grief, loss, cancer diagnosis and other health issues.
At times we might explore past experiences to understand current relationship patterns and find opportunities for change.

Sometimes a physiological approach works as an adjunct to therapy. In this case I use Neuro Emotional Technique® (NET), a simple stress-reduction tool for improving emotional health.
