I specialize in family/couples counseling and individual counseling for anxiety/depression, and/or substance use. I have experience in a variety of settings from inpatient and outpatient mental health/substance abuse centers, school systems, residential facilities and in private practice. Treatment is personalized to each individual and specific situation.
My practice is in a quiet, cozy and private setting. I am here to assist individuals with or without their families present in session. I meet every person, couple or family where they are at in their life journey. Being validated is the start to the healing process!
