Practice Description

I provide mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families in a private practice setting. I journey with you to help find relief from inner turmoil while also incorporating practical solutions. Being trained as an MFT and EMDR Therapist equips me to address emotional distress, PTSD, trauma, stress, anxiety, relationships, and couples issues among others with clients from all backgrounds to provide individualized care.

I pride myself on being very approachable, open-minded, and creating a relaxed atmosphere to develop a person-centered and specific course of therapy for each client.
