Practice Description
My clients usually consist of individuals, couples, and families, many who are raising children through the developmental life cycle and/or are military. Eating disorder clients and those going through adjustments are common. Children are offered art, sandtray, puppets, and play therapy along with their families to work through difficulties. Obstacles to growth and development are removed so that life can continue in a healthier way. Personality styles are understood and explored through the 16 Personalities and Big Five Traits and couple relationships are enhanced through the Gottman approach to marital fitness.
