Hello and Welcome!

My name is Shana Trimble and I am glad you found me! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Approved AAMFT Supervisor, physically located in Tucker, GA and providing Telehealth service in the state of Florida and South Carolina. I currently treat individuals, including teen and adults as well as couples and families. I address a variety of challenges including but not limited to finding self, family/relationship conflict, parenting, co-parenting, marriage, premarital counseling, blended families, stress & anxiety, depression, and infidelity.

I believe that all of us have many natural internal strengths that allow us to work through many of the issues that life will throw our way. Whether you are seeking help with a relationship, something personal, or just a thing or thought that you would like to improve; you can do it! I focus on strength-based therapy models which will allow you to identify and build on the strengths that you already have and use these strengths to aid in your overall success.
