We deal with daily obstacles that challenge our ability to grow and develop balanced and healthy relationships. I know that we get "stuck" with our emotions and behaviors which could sometimes create distress for us and the ones we love.

I have a passion working with couples dealing with the struggles of intimacy and communication which could hinder growth of the individual as well as the couple as a whole. My specialties are working with individuals, couples and families dealing with daily stressors that life presents with issues of addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and abuse.

I was fortunate to work as a Psychiatric Social Worker, Case Manager and Therapist which has enhanced my knowledge of the stigma of mental illness which we experience at sometime in our lives. I take an eclectic non-judgmental approach to create balance and harmony developing acceptance within ourselves. Healing begins with change.
