Practice Description
I specialize in supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship challenges, while also helping clients navigate a wide variety of life struggles. I work primarily with teens and adults but also have experience with children and preteens. Depending on your needs, I offer individual therapy, family therapy, or couples/marriage counseling. My approach is person-centered—tailored to each individual or family. I draw from Structural Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I am especially passionate about working with children and families, helping them build tools to manage life’s challenges, such as behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, grief, family conflict, self-esteem, peer relationships, and career transitions. I also have experience collaborating with schools to ensure that children’s mental health needs are supported in their learning environment. Christian Counseling As a Christian counselor, I believe true healing comes from the Holy Spirit, who brings both guidance and restoration (John 14:26). I welcome both Christian and non-Christian clients, and it is always your choice whether faith and spirituality become part of our sessions. Wherever you are in your faith journey, I provide a safe, respectful space to process, reflect, and find hope.
