Are you concerned that your relationship is troubled and you have drifted apart? Are you struggling with getting stuck again and again in similar misunderstandings and arguments, not being able to resolve your differences which affects fundamentally how close, secure and respected you feel? Does it feel confusing, disappointing and disheartening as no matter how hard you try you can't seem to get back that romantic love, connection, comfort and support? Do you consider divorce? Are you worried about the effects of your relationship on your children? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I would like to help.
I am specialty trained and licensed as a Couples and Family Therapist. I help couples and families who want to build solutions to improve relationships and home life. I also see couples for premarital counseling, and couples doing OK, yet want to strengthen and grow closer in their relationship.
I am dedicated to delivering excellence, incorporating approaches that research shows works. I will involve you in the tracking of progress, and utilize your ongoing feedback to tailor our work to fit you. I stay current in my field teaching and supervising at the Family Therapy Training Institute.
