Practice Description
At Steeped In Hope, we help couples and individuals navigating life transitions and relationship difficulties to set boundaries and communicate their needs and wants in a way that creates the best outcomes for them and their loved ones. We also work hard to make exploring your hard truths and expressing your vulnerabilities safe and fun.

Working together we will use evidence-based, systemic models, humor, empathy, and the occasional f-bomb to explore the parts of your life that you’re looking to change, shift the things within your power that are keeping you stuck, create connection, and let go of the parts of your life that no longer serve you in a healthy way. For couples working with me, you can expect all of the above plus a reworking of your habitual ways of responding to one another in order to help make those difficult conversations easier and for both of you to get more of what you want and less of what you don’t want from your partner.

Here at steeped in hope, we liken the process of therapy to the peace a cup of tea can bring, the pause and connection that you get when you share a cup of tea with someone, and the self-love you create in the ritual of pouring your particular cup, and the patience and space for understanding you allow for while you wait for your tea to steep.

Our ultimate objective is to help you meet your goals and steep your future in hope.
