My private practice focuses on relationships and is located in Woodland Hills, CA. I have great satisfaction working with families, couples, and individuals 15 and over develop hearty relationships with themselves and others. My areas of focus are high conflict relationships (personal and professional, couples and families), pre marital and marital counseling, and trauma. After developing trust and connection with my clients, I use a psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems approach to help them acquire insight to make changes which lead to thriving relationships. I have raised 4 children with my husband of 25 years -- this real life training helps me relate and offer hope to the many couples and families through the struggles and challenges they face today.
