My practice is located in the Midtown area of Nashville, TN. As a Certified EFT Therapist, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as a guide map in my work with couples, families and individuals. The EFT model helps create a place where couples can step out of their “stuck” patterns of interacting and enter into deeper levels of connection, security and attachment with one another.

As a Certified EFT Supervisor, I offer EFT Supervision for therapists moving toward EFT Certification.
