Practice Description
At Connect Our Hearts Counseling Services, my desire is to help individuals, couples and families reconnect at a deeper level. Not only reconnect to each other, but also to their own hearts and to their higher power. I use different approaches including family systems theory ,CBT and EFT. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Areas of emphasis includes but is not limited to , Anxiety, Depression, Sexual trauma, Pre-marital/couples counseling, Faith-Based Counseling, Infidelity, Communication and Conflict resolution skills, Self-esteem, Cutting and Career-transition coaching.
I'm originally from the Caribbean and speak Haitian Kreyol and French.
