*Emphasis is on strengthening your relationships through direct address and a healing dialogue that acknowledges all sides. Relational fairness, trust, and loyalty from an intergenerational perspective are also explored.
*Focus is on reconnecting with those who matter to you and discerning your own relational ground and your terms for living as well as recognizing the merit of others.
*My background: Extensive clinical experience with over 1600 families in a variety of settings including schools, family court, health care, academia, and independent practice.
*30+ years working with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan.
*Areas of specialization include couples, premarital & marital counseling; families with children & adolescents; remarriage and stepfamilies; adult children, their siblings & their aging parents; mindfulness, stress reduction; anxiety, depression; grief, loss and resilience; career/life transitions and spiritual crossroads.
