Practice Description

Your first few sessions will involve an evaluation of your needs and concerns. Sometimes more than one approach can be helpful in dealing with a certain situation. During the course of therapy, E.J. is likely to draw on various therapeutic approaches according, in part, to the problem that is being treated and his assessment of what will best benefit you. His approach tends to be cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and family systems oriented. At times he may draw on narrative, solution focused and integrative approaches.
