Practice Description
I provide mental health and personal growth services to children, adolescents, and adults and offer individual, group, family, and couples counseling. I have over 10 years of practice with clients experiencing problems with blended families, gay/lesbian relationships, intergenerational issues, self-esteem and personal growth, conflict management, couples communication and intimacy concerns, divorce, parental coaching, and the management of grief and loss. I work with clients who have been experiencing emotional issues (depression, anxiety, compulsion) and trouble coping with life transitions. In addition to being a marriage and family therapist, I am retired U. S. Navy and have an appreciation for the challenges of military life, active duty and veterans. I offer an integrative, strength-based approach to help clients develop their own voices and pursue their unique paths to individual fulfillment.
