I provide therapy for couples, families and individuals. I love working with people, and believe in the healing power of empathy, of finding peoples’ strengths and of seeing the humor in everyday life, while working through difficult struggles. I work with clients dealing with issues such as difficulties in relationships, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor (certified in EFCT, EFIT & EFFT), and am a member of the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Chicago Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
