Practice Description

Couples: Primarily I use EFT, Emotional Focused Therapy, developed by Dr. Sue Johnson. Many couples report that they would have never believed they could have the relationship that they have yearned for prior to this intensive therapy.

Anxiety: Primarily I use MCBT, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Many individuals report they have significantly lowered their overall anxiety level as well as reduced the intensity of their anxiety. I also help clients do their Family of Origin and we attend to instances of Trauma.

Adult ADHD: I use the Mt Sinai protocols for adult treatments. Many individuals report they have reported significantly increased success managing their daily tasks and obligations on a daily basis
