Practice Description
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT-Approved Supervisor. I provide professional counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
My approach integrates different methods and schools of therapy to understand and work with how problems manifest in a specific context. Interventions range from coaching with stress management, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal skills to wider issues related to the exploration of one’s self-esteem, values, and sense of purpose. I believe that each person and family is unique and therefore I use a range of approaches to fit the world-view of my clients and build with them a non- judgmental, collaborative, and compassionate relationship.
