I encourage my clients to have dignity and to always move towards 'not settling for less'. Some have settled for less far too long and have lost themselves in one aspect or another.
You will learn to replace old solutions with new healthy solutions. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. I encourage you to remember who you are without the labels and symptoms that accompany diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder. The overall goal is to become whole again and integrate healthy tools learned in therapy.
Currently, I specialize in working with chemical and process addiction recovery issues. I also work with relationship problems, anger issues, anxiety, depression, parental alienation and grief and loss.
By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
