Practice Description

I work with individual adults and couples on developing healthy relationships. Nearly everything that challenges us - anxiety, depression, grief, life/job/family transition, everyday stress - impacts our relationships. Often times familiar ways of responding to these challenges stop working and begin impacting how we feel about ourselves and our connections with others. My focus is on helping my clients identify these patterns and learn new ways of interacting with others - partners, family members, friends, coworkers - that feel effective and fulfilling. Relationships give our life meaning. What could more important than creating healthy ones?Supervision: I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and provide supervision for clinicians seeking LPC and LMFT licensure.
